Terms & Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. It is non-transferrable in the event of a client-caused cancellation.
There is a 10-minute grace period. A $25 late fee applies after the first 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, your shoot will be canceled. End times will not be extended to accommodate lateness.
All no-call-no-shows are treated as cancellations. If you need to cancel, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling for any reason is allowed only once. Failure to notify us 24 hours in advance results in a $25 rescheduling fee, though your deposit will still be credited.
All remaining payment is due at the time of the shoot, via cash, Zelle, card, Venmo, or Cash App.

If the photographer cancels and a reschedule can't be arranged, the deposit is fully refunded via the original payment method.
The remaining balance is due at the time of the shoot. If the balance is not paid, photos will not be released.
By booking, you acknowledge your photos may be posted on Laser Vision Photography's website or Instagram.
Photo booth terms are provided separately with your invoice.
